Yuin Nation Birriga Bunaan

The Yuin Nation Birriga Bunaan, is a Traditional women's and men’s ceremony, a gathering on Country, a statewide regional Corroboree, where Yuin people travel home to Mother Gulaga to participate in cultural ceremonies, sacred knowledge, Lore, songlines and dreaming tracks. The Yuin Nation Birriga Bunaan, is a living testament to the enduring strength and vibrancy of the Yuin nation and a chance for all Yuin people to strengthen, protect and maintain traditional expressions of Indigenous culture. We invite all Aboriginal people to come, join and participate in our sacred bunaan.

FREE BUS FROM ULLADULLA

When: Saturday, 4th January 2025. 

Where: Bus departs from Ulladulla High School (UHS) and travels to Central Tilba, and returns.

Time: Bus departs 8am from UHS, arriving for the Bunaan from 10am-4pm, and returning at 6pm.

Cost: free

What: A meeting of allies, Yuin Peoples and all First Nations People and their families, to sing, dance, share stories, knowledge and ceremony. Bring a camping chair. “Let's stomp the ground for mother, our ancestors as a part of our tribal Lore, songlines and our blood.”
